「动物闹钟」（下称「本应用」）重视您的隐私。本政策说明我们如何处理与本应用相关的信息。若您不同意本政策，请停止使用本应用。

2. 我们收集哪些信息
本应用不要求注册账号，也不运营用于登录的用户系统。
- 闹铃与提醒内容（名称、时间、重复规则、分组、节假日相关偏好等）：保存在您的设备本地（含 App Group，供小组件 / Apple Watch 配套功能读取）。
- 自定义录音：仅在您主动使用录音功能时，通过麦克风录制闹铃铃声，保存在设备本地；我们不会把录音上传到我们的服务器（本应用也未提供此类上传功能）。
- 自定义头像图片：若您通过系统照片选择器挑选图片作为自定义铃声头像，本应用仅获得您选中的那一张图片副本并保存在本地，不会申请「访问全部照片」权限，也不会把图片上传到我们的服务器。
- 购买状态（VIP）：通过 Apple 的 App 内购买 / StoreKit 处理。交易由 Apple 完成；本应用在设备上读取购买/订阅权益状态以解锁功能。我们不会另行收集您的银行卡号。
- 权限相关：系统闹铃（AlarmKit）、麦克风等权限由 iOS 管理；您可在系统设置中随时更改。
3. 网络请求（第三方公开数据）
为加载公共节假日 / 调休日历等信息，本应用可能向公开数据源发起网络请求（例如公共节假日 API 或开源日历数据托管地址）。这些请求可能使对应服务方获知您的 IP 地址、大致地区，以及您选择的国家/地区代码等技术信息。我们不会借此建立个人档案，也不会把您的闹铃内容发给这些服务。
此外，安装、更新与 App 内购买过程中，Apple 可能按其自身政策处理相关数据。请同时参阅 Apple 的隐私说明。
4. 我们如何使用信息
- 在设备上提供闹铃、贪睡、日历视图、小组件与 Apple Watch 配套显示等功能；
- 根据您的选择播放动物铃声或自定义铃声；
- 验证 VIP 权益并解锁对应功能；
- 按您选择的国家/地区刷新公共假日相关展示。
5. 信息共享
我们不会出售您的个人信息。除下列情况外，我们不会把您的闹铃内容、录音或所选头像主动提供给第三方：
- 应法律要求或有权机关的合法请求；
- 为保护用户、公众或开发者的权利、财产与安全所必需；
- 您使用 Apple 服务（如 App Store、StoreKit）时，由 Apple 按其规则处理。
本应用当前未集成第三方广告 SDK、也未集成用于跨 App 追踪的广告标识授权（ATT）流程。
6. 数据存储与保留
核心用户内容默认存储在您的设备上。卸载应用或在系统中清除应用数据后，本地数据通常会被删除（具体以 iOS / watchOS 行为为准）。我们不运营用于长期托管您闹铃数据的自有云端账户系统。
7. 儿童隐私
本应用面向一般用户，不专门面向儿童收集个人信息。若您是监护人并认为未成年人向我们提供了不应提供的信息，请通过上方邮箱联系我们。
8. 您的选择
- 可在系统设置中关闭闹铃、麦克风等权限（可能影响对应功能）；
- 可不使用自定义录音 / 自定义头像功能；
- 可通过 Apple 账户管理订阅与购买；
- 可卸载本应用以停止使用。
9. 政策更新
我们可能不时更新本政策。更新后会在本页面修订「生效」日期。重大变更时，我们会尽量通过应用商店产品页或其他合理方式提示。
10. 适用范围
本政策适用于主应用及其随附的 Widget、Live Activity 与 Apple Watch 配套应用（同一产品体系）。

Animal Alarm (“the App”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains how information
related to the App is handled. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

2. Information We Handle
The App does not require account registration and does not operate a login-based user system.
- Alarm & reminder content (names, times, recurrence, groups, holiday-related preferences, etc.) is stored locally on your device (including an App Group so widgets / Apple Watch companion features can read it).
- Custom recordings: only when you choose to record, microphone audio is captured for a custom alarm tone and stored on-device. We do not upload recordings to our servers (the App provides no such upload feature).
- Custom avatar images: if you pick a photo via the system photo picker, the App only receives the image you selected and stores a local copy. It does not request full Photo Library access and does not upload the image to our servers.
- Purchases (VIP): handled by Apple In-App Purchase / StoreKit. Apple processes the transaction; the App reads entitlement status on-device. We do not separately collect your card numbers.
- Permissions: system alarm (AlarmKit), microphone, and similar permissions are managed by iOS and can be changed in Settings.
3. Network Requests (Public Third-Party Data)
To load public holiday / workweek calendar information, the App may request
public data sources (for example public holiday APIs or open calendar datasets). Those
services may receive technical data such as your IP address, approximate region, and the
country/region code you selected. We do not use this to build a personal profile, and we
do not send your alarm contents to those services.
Separately, Apple may process data related to install, update, and In-App Purchase under
Apple’s own policies.
4. How We Use Information
- Provide alarms, snooze, calendar views, widgets, and Apple Watch companion displays;
- Play animal tones or your custom tones as you configure;
- Verify VIP entitlements and unlock features;
- Refresh public-holiday related display for your selected country/region.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not voluntarily share your alarm contents, recordings, or selected avatars with third parties except:
- when required by law or lawful authority requests;
- when necessary to protect users, the public, or the developer’s rights and safety;
- when you use Apple services (App Store, StoreKit), which Apple processes under its rules.
The App currently does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs and does not use App Tracking Transparency for cross-app tracking ads.
6. Storage & Retention
Core user content is stored on your device by default. Uninstalling the App or clearing app
data typically removes local data (subject to iOS / watchOS behavior). We do not operate a
first-party cloud account system to host your alarms long-term.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is for a general audience and is not directed at collecting personal information from
children. Guardians who believe a minor provided information inappropriately may contact us
via the email above.
8. Your Choices
- Disable alarm / microphone permissions in system Settings (features may stop working);
- Avoid custom recording / custom avatar features;
- Manage subscriptions and purchases via your Apple ID;
- Uninstall the App to stop using it.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time and will revise the effective date on this page.
For material changes, we will try to provide reasonable notice via the App Store product page
or other appropriate means.
10. Scope
This Policy covers the main iOS app and accompanying Widget, Live Activity, and Apple Watch
companion app in the same product.
